This ice maker makes perfect nugget ice and keeps the bin full. It makes ice quickly and although the instructions say to remove the ice when the bin is full and put it in the freezer, it isn't necessary. I did that once to see if it clumped when I put it in the freezer, and it didn't. A little tap and the ice breaks apart. We just let it run all the time so it's constantly making ice. We are a family of 4 and use a lot of ice, so this alone isn't enough for us, but it's nice to have the nugget ice and it does make it quickly. I do wish the bin opened more fully. It's a smaller footprint than the GE ice maker, as well as 1/2 the price, so if you don't use a ton of ice or have less counter space, this is a good option.

I’ve been really enjoying this ice maker overall. The biggest standout is how quickly it produces ice nuggets — it’s surprisingly fast, and the ice itself is fantastic. It cools drinks well while still being soft and chewable, which is exactly what I was hoping for. The machine also looks great on the counter with a very sleek, high-end design. My only real feedback is that the storage bin isn’t refrigerated, so the ice can start melting if it sits for too long. It would be even better with a more insulated or refrigerated bin for longer gatherings or parties. Overall though, I think this is a great product. The speed, ice quality, and overall design make it a really enjoyable appliance to use day to day.

Very easy to set up and get ice going. I like the auto cleaning cycle. Crunchy ice is quick and satisfying. Would recommend
