It requires hardwired installation by a licensed electrician and must be connected to a dedicated 60A circuit in accordance with National Electrical Code requirements. For higher performance, the charger supports up to 50A output by setting DIP switches to positions 4 and 5, which requires a dedicated 70A circuit.

COMPATIBLE w NON-TESLA EVs
Electric Vehicle Charging Stations works with all North American EV and PHEV models and also functions as a Tesla Level 2 charger when used with a J1772-to-NACS adapter (not included). The fully rubberized SAE J1772 connector with a durable metal latch provides a secure, ergonomic grip.
