Q: What is the voltage of this unit? 230 or 115? Thanks
A: This unit uses 120V AC.
A: The frame for the panel slides into rails on the side of the air conditioner, so the height can be adjusted. The panel itself must be cut to fit. They recommend a small saw, but I cut mine with a sharp box cutter.
A: Thank you for your inquiry. Judy! In researching, we were able to see the power cord length is listed as follows: Power Cord Length: 6' (6-1/2'). We hope this information was helpful to you and your shopping experience. -Ciara
Q: Are there side panels to pull out to fit 22 in window
A: No, you could make a small panel to fill the gap, using good thick plexiglass, perhaps have it professionally cut - tedious with a hand scorer to cut it. I use plexiglass instead of filler panels. Sometimes taping window film over plexiglass to make it look great. Generally though, you can find higher efficiency standard window ac’s that will fit unless you want a taller ac like this for a reason, such as providing privacy- these casement acs are Generally for sliding windows.
Q: Does the unit have a dehumidifier ?
A: Upon doing some research, this model AC does not come equipped with a dehumidifier or any similar mode. We do apologize if this causes you any inconvenience. Don't hesitate to connect with us for any additional questions or concerns. ~Keyanna
