A: They have 2 units that are almost identical the awgp12wwf only uses heat pump function does not have resistive heat anyways these units are hit and miss on quality might work fine might not I would at least recommend the 2 year extended warranty from best buy try to get a price match from them if you look around you can find this cheaper from 1 of there competitors I do not wish to name or my reply might be erased ps I have only tested the unit down at 32 degrees Fahrenheit it has not been colder yet it works fine
