Q: Anyone use it as a computer monitor?
A: This TV can be as a computer monitor either using the computer's VGA port, HDMI port, or DVI port (using a DVI to HDMI converter cable). I have personally tested using the HDMI port on my computer and this TV works fine (note: you may need to adjust the aspect ratio via the TV or via your computer's video card software if display is not centered on screen correctly). For me the connection worked fine but I do strongly prefer IPS tyoe display planel for a computer monitor (this TV is not IPS type display panel hence viewing angles are meager).
Q: Can this TV be hooked up to an external antenna?
A: Yes. It has a standard antenna f-type jack for either an antenna or for cable. I use it for an antenna hook up in my motorhome.
Q: Can I hook my Xbox 360 up to this?
A: 100% yes, it has hdmi and standard av hookups.
Q: Does TV have analog audio outputs?
A: There is an audio out right under the USB port on the back of the TV. It is a 3.5 mm audio out jack.
Q: Will this accept a cable card?
A: I believe "digital ready" refers to the fact that it has a built-in digital tuner. It is a standard item on TVs nowadays. I have mine hooked up to an antenna and it pulls in local digital broadcasts. Until recently, a digital tuner equipped TV could also be connected to cable without having a cable box, but the cable companies now scramble their signals (around here at least) so you need a set top box or cable card to decode. There is no cable card slot on this TV.
Q: Can usb port play only picture files?
A: The USB port on the TV is included for Firmware updates, but it does show pictures slideshows as a secondary benefit.
Q: Will this TV work on 12VDC in a recreational vehicle?
A: Yes this tv should work on your boat. that is one reason I bought it, because I could power it with 12 volt, just make shure you have the right connector with the center pole positive 12volt+- DC .
Q: Does this TV support RGB Full Color Range?
A: This is basically a lower priced monitor with hdmi and pc inputs, that happens to have a tv tuner. If you are comparing this to a higher priced pc monitor (for photo editing, for instance) you might be disappointed. For general use it is fine. We have it connected to two of our home pc's via hdmi and switch the inputs depending upon which pc we are using. I can tell the quality of the image is not the same as the LG monitor (which sadly developed a flicker) this replaced. But, the price was right. Maybe a more thorough explanation of your question would help someone better answer it.
