A: Yes. I have used this cable, attaching a Dell XPS 13 Running W8.1 to a D3100 Dock. It ran 3 HD Monitors, KB, Mouse and an External drive. It's a cable. It works.

A: no, this is for usb hub, it is not for printer. the printer usually use usb 2.0 cable, and connection is different.

A: No it's not we bought it for an hp also and it wouldn't work

Q: Transfer recordings from old DVR to new DVR

A: It may physically fit but the hard drive would have to be formatted to interface with the Dish receiver and have whatever programpreinstalled ahead of time. So yes it's possible.
