Great product
These earbuds sound very good. I like the equalizer settings and the design. They last a long time and that’s great.

Not as good as I hoped
I trust JVC products, so I was surprised to find how little I really enjoy these earbuds. The bluetooth function have to be completely removed from each device before I can pair with another device, though the deceptive wording on the package said it can use multiple devices. The sound is fine, but I don't care for the set up in the app in using the earbuds. The sound is almost lowered to nothing when I turn mics on, which is undesirable. I'm also having to readjust the fit in my ears to make them relatively noise-cancelled. I attempted to return for something else, but apparently I did this on day 16 of the 15 day policy, which I also find deceptive, considering most places have a 30 day policy. Not getting JVC again.
