The number 2 highlights the location of the power button that also acts as the navigation key for the on screen display where brightness can be adjusted. On page 10 there is an overview of the on screen display guide. To adjust image brightness you will need to navigate to the Image menu and then brightness can be adjusted from there. Best monitor
Loved it, best monitor ever, from easy installation, to easy port positions. Very quiet, very compatsble, has LOTS of customization, and I love the speakers. Personally would get this over any other monitor due to it's cheap price and great performance

Affordable, Easy to Use, & Built-In Speakers
Great monitor, especially for the price. Has an HDMI and a DisplayPort, which I really needed for the workstation GPU. Also, it has a little switch that I believe comes with MSI monitors that is easy to use and is convenient.
