The XMP100 GEN2 is a versatile Class D stereo amplifier for home, studio and desktop sound systems. It delivers 50W x2 RMS into 8 ohms, 100W x2 RMS into 4 ohms, or 200W bridged mono into 8 ohms, with a signal-to-noise ratio above 90dB for low-noise, clear reproduction. Four separate inputs include 24/192 USB audio and dual line-level inputs with automatic source switching: connect a TV or digital audio device as the main source and a music streamer to the interrupt input, and the amplifier switches automatically when the secondary source starts playing, then returns to the primary when it stops. Front-panel volume, balance and A/B speaker selection plus bass and treble controls let you tune the sound to the room. Two speaker pairs can be connected and switched on or off at 8 ohms, which is useful for adding outdoor or second-room speakers. Trigger and auto-sensing power modes let the amplifier be hidden away once configured. Multi-voltage 100V to 240V operation, 2-year warranty.
200W Bridged or 100W x2 at 4 Ohms
Class D amplification supplies 50W x2 RMS into 8 ohms, 100W x2 RMS into 4 ohms, or 200W bridged mono into 8 ohms from either the A or B output. The bridging option turns a stereo amplifier into a single high-output channel for a center speaker, a mono zone or a high-demand application.
Automatic Interrupt Source Switching
Dual line-level inputs handle a main source plus an interrupt source. Connect a TV or digital audio player as the primary and a streamer such as the SRT1 Gen2 to the interrupt input. The amplifier senses incoming signal, switches to it automatically, then returns to the primary when playback stops.
A and B Speaker Switching for Two Rooms
Two 8-ohm speaker pairs connect at once and switch independently from the front panel. Run indoor and patio speakers, or a main room and a second room, from one amplifier without adding a distribution system or a second amp.
24/192 USB Audio and Tone Controls
A USB Type-A input handles high-definition audio at up to 24-bit/192kHz, alongside RCA line and interrupt inputs plus signal and speaker-level outputs. Bass and treble controls offer plus or minus 12dB at 100Hz and 10kHz, with balance and volume on the front panel for room-by-room tuning.
Auto-Sensing and Trigger for Hidden Install
Trigger and auto-sensing turn-on modes let the amplifier be mounted out of sight once configured. The 16.92 by 1.73 by 6.27 inch chassis weighs 6 pounds and accepts multi-voltage 100V to 240V, 50 to 60Hz power. Signal-to-noise above 90dB, 20Hz to 20kHz response, 2-year warranty.
