Q: Is there an outdoor floodlight in color in the Hue series?
A: Try these. They come in flood light shape already. If it doesn’t hold up return it.
Q: Do you have to have the Philips Hue bridge to use these?
A: No, the spot lights don’t require the bridge to use you are able to use Bluetooth.
A: It's tricky. I was able to use a dimmer switch (all the way up) at my previous apartment with no problems. However, I wasn't abel to use my Hue bulbs at my new place with a dimmer switch. I had to replace the switch with the non-dimmer type. Be careful, I had to learn the hard way, for some reason, my light fixture blew out two of my bulbs when I used a dimmer switch. Bottom line, it's best not to use a dimmer switch.
A: As far as I know, there are multiple ways. One way I know for sure is using AuraSync on an Asus laptop. Mine will do that and it's pretty interesting to see the lights match what my PC is doing. I think you can also sync it with programs that have been preset to react in movies to certain scenes. There are also apps/programs that let you do more with Hue/hubs with your PC over bluetooth. Some Google research should find a few. I have my entire house set up with Hue lights, will never go back to non-smart lights. These are so nice to be able to adjust for mood, holidays, day vs. evening, nightlights, motion detect, etc. Not inexpensive by any means, but to me a very worthy upgrade. As for Aurasync, I know it will link to a hub, but have not played around enough to know if I can select specific lights. When I did to it, all the downstairs lights turned blue and then started rainbow shifting. Wife was not amused. ;)
Q: Are these bulbs out of stock? When will they be available
A: I looked everywhere and Best But was the first non shady site that had them in stock. I waited about a month before they became available now they are here. They are plentiful at this moment. I had to buy 2 singles because at the time the double pack was sold out. Still worth it.

Q: Can this work on Bluetooth alone and does this go white and how bright is white
A: I think it can work only with Bluetooth but really just get the bridge. Committed issues? I have found that the listed lumens (brightness) is for white and when using color it is less bright. The idea is to use more lights at less brightness set all around to create a mood/atmosphere in the room that is something you won’t regret if you can afford it. Hue bulbs are estimated at around 15-20 years of daily use.
