Q: Does the parking feature utilize motion sensor activation? If so, will it send an alert to my app?
A: Yes, it uses motion sensor, but will not send you a notification when triggered.
A: Yes, it has 4 cameras on this unit including front and back. It does not record 24/7. When the car is off, it will only record when vibrations or motion is detected.
Q: Will this kill my battery or does it detect when it's running low?
A: No, if voltage goes to low, it disconnected automatically
Q: I don’t have a cigarette lighter. I use usb c. Can I use this in my car?
A: Hello, Unfortunately, you would be unable to power the dashcam effectively through the USB/USB C port in your vehicle. The problem with USB ports is that most USB ports in vehicles do not emit sufficient voltage to power our dashcams. USB ports in vehicles or computers typically emit around 5 to 6 volts of power which would not be sufficient to be used with our dashcams. Thus leading to random restarting, not recording properly or simply not turning on at all. Hope this answers your question!
