Changing your phone number, email, and address doesn't automatically update your Ring device registration and the camera stays tied to the original account it was set up on. Here's what you can do: 1. Sign in to your original account If you still remember the email and password you used when you first set up the Ring camera, try signing in with those credentials. Once you're in, you can update your phone number, email, and address in your account settings. 2. Request ownership of the device (if you can't access your old account). Since you changed your email and phone number, you may no longer be able to access your original Ring account. In that case, you can request ownership of your own device by following these steps: Open the Ring app and tap Set Up a Device at the bottom of the screen. Follow the in-app prompts — if your phone isn't scanning the QR code, tap "Set up a non-Ring device or choose manually" to continue. Tap Request Ownership.
