Q: Samsung 40" UN40KU6300FXZA screw size?
A: I’m having the same issue and I figured out that the M8 is too fat for my 40” but it is also not a Samsung. Not sure if that matters or not. I had a M6 and that fit. I just need to find the correct length to use.
Q: How do you remove mount from TV for repair of TV?
A: Disconnect the cables. There is a single screw that attaches the swing arm to the bottom bracket attached to your TV. Remove that screw and the TV should swing out from the bottom easily. Lit the TV up off the swing arm and you are there. At this point you can remove the 4 screws that hold the top and bottom horizontal pieces of the bracket that you can remove to easily access the 4 screws which hold the vertical bracket bars to your TV. Once these are off you can take your TV in for repair.

A: This is not designed to be used in landscape mode. You would have to remove it from the wall each time you wanted to switch orientation. The RF-TVMP20 or RF-TVMP40 provide the easy rotation that you're looking for.
