Worse customer service.
Do not order online!!! Beware. Ordered this item on October 25th, and the expected delivery date is Nov 7th. It is now 11/16/24. I requested a refund and now I have to wait another 7 days lol. Do yourself a favor and go into the store.

Satisfied customer.
My Denon x3800 receiver can turn off its amp unit so the Rotel 1552 amp powers my Polk r700 tower speakers. The difference in sound quality is amazing. Whether at low volume or high the enjoyment factor is much improved. Amp stays barely warm in use and my receiver no longer gets hot as well. Thank you Best Buy!!!
