The Samsung Family Hub is an amazing and beautiful product. I’m very happy with it. It fits perfectly in my kitchen. The Family Hub is a great addition. The only issue I had was that it had a 4-digit pin set up that I couldn’t change. I tried calling Samsung, but I kept getting put on hold with multiple transfers. Finally, I spoke with a representative who was able to factory reset the Family Hub. After that, I was able to set it up easily. If you have this issue in the future, the fastest way to fix it is to contact Samsung directly. The Family Hub is a great addition to any kitchen. I use it to set appointments and reminders for the family. It’s digitally displayed on the fridge, which is less messy than using markers, pens, or paper. I’ve linked it to my account so I can upload pictures. The camera on the fridge is also a great feature. It reads the items I have in the fridge and keeps a checklist for me. There’s also an app you can download for your phone that allows you to see what’s in the fridge when you’re at the grocery store. I also love the ice maker. It makes two different shapes, big and small, and it has a hidden water dispenser that you can fill up by cup or have the pitcher automatically fill up and stay chilled. Overall, the Samsung Family Hub is an awesome fridge. It’s the best one I’ve ever had.

Great fridge! Fits a lot even though it’s counter depth. The pitcher is great and we love the ice cube trays, the touchscreen is very cool. Fit and finish is excellent, I do wish the bottom of the doors was a couple inches higher. The front is non magnetic, FYI.

It’s a beautiful design of refrigerator and the built-in technology is very convenient. All my guests come to my house. They are surrounded this refrigerator and touch the screen and talk to Alexa so much fun and even this is Counter depth but can still fit in a lot of stuff . The ice make give you two different kind of a cube super nice !

This is a fantastic refrigerator. Everything about it is great. Counter depth in not a con. The whole family loves the screen. It’s great for searching for recipes and other things.

So far so good. Frustrated that the installers didn’t tell me to turn off the ice maker function since I don’t have a waterline to attach. I just figured it out on my own a few months after install and am noticing it’s not cycling through the way it did constantly before. I hope it didn’t cause shy longterm damage. I’ll say too, be careful with the measurements bc mine fit precisely in the spot I had for it, however, the pocket door in the beverage center actually causes the left door to not open more than a few inches bc it’s hits the wall to the left. I didn’t account for that when measuring. I love the screen feature - I watch YouTube or listen to music when I’m in the kitchen. I’m hopeful this fridge lasts me for many years - knock on wood. Oh and love that I can change the color panels out.
