My experience with the restored product.
It was delivered quickly, but it turned out to be non-working. We returned the money without any problems. The company's service is at a high level.

Pretty Darn Decent--Needs to be partitioned first!
First of all: This drive is fast! I wish I'd had these speeds before...copying files to backup takes very little time. Also, it's smaller than I'd expected--it fits in the palm of your hand easily. That said--things to be aware of: 1. Refurbished from Geek Squad apparently means that it is also un-partitioned and otherwise not recognizable for use by your computer. You will need to find a software solution that can partition the drive. (Windows can do this natively. Watch a YouTube How-To video.) It doesn't mean the drive is faulty or bad. It just needs to be configured (partitioned) first! Why they don't do this for you I don't understand. 2. It's a solid option for a better price; however, I have noticed that occasionally my drive will suddenly disconnect at random. It's not frequent - but it has happened. I'm not sure if it's something with the USB-C cable, or the connection port to the drive, or what. So there's that. All in all, I'm happy with it so far.
