    Dothan Purchase -1st Purchase

    I purchased the Shark CarpetXpert with StainStriker Technology (White) for my home after my dog became sick and had an accident on my white carpet. I was honestly nervous because white carpet shows everything, and I was worried I’d have to replace it. I was amazed at the results. The StainStriker technology lifted stains and odors I thought were permanent. You could immediately see the difference after just one pass. The carpet looked brighter, cleaner, and refreshed — not just surface-clean, but truly deep cleaned. I did need to go back and purchase more cleaning solution, but that’s only because the machine worked so well that I kept going. The results were absolutely worth it. It didn’t leave the carpet overly wet, and drying time was reasonable. This cleaner saved my carpet and gave me peace of mind. I’m extremely happy with this purchase and highly recommend it, especially for pet owners or anyone with light-colored carpets.

    Excellent product and customer service!

    The StainStriker ex201 arrived in excellent condition and was easy for me to put together. Amazing product cleaned a big black stain in front of my son's recliner that has been waiting a year to shampoo. I wanted this one since I've got a shark navigator vacuum that is working as well as the day I got it 10years ago. Customer service was amazing when I couldn't find the owner manual & sent me links while I spoke with them. My carpet was dry in an hour and looks new.

    Another excellent shark cleaner

    Im sold on shark vacuum cleaners so after my 2nd hoover dued i decided id try this one. Not disappointed. Attachments are great. They have an attachment to use on dog accidents so it contains everythkng sucked up in its own container and it doesnt run through the actual cleaner. A must if you have pets especially baby pets. I use it alot in home and in my vehicles. Does great job.
