Great hardware software could be bit better
Works well and no fees like wyze and ring or xfinity and easy to use chime only it would be nice if the dorbell ring notification came up like a call or something but thay may be user error on my part

Love it… quality of camera is really nice fingerprint is really good you can also set up a code for each family member same thing if they want to use fingerprint very easy to install and set it up great purchase

It needs some work but it's okay
There's no way to adjust the camera portion, so if you door sets off on an angle under a covered porch, you can see part of the door frame from either left or the right. However, the door sets. The The fingerprint unlocked is awesome and very fast, but where you put the key in,that part is very flimsy. And I also notice, there's no backlight on this lock. At this price point man it's not worth it. I'll move this to my back door which is also a patio and I'll take the new lock one and replace the new lock I'm speaking about. I do like that products. I bought it for 13 of them the last 2 months and gifted 3 to friend.
