Needs instructions
I ordered 2 machines. Frustrating because it doesn't come with instructions. With the newer computers, you have to install a dvd decoder to play dvds. Still haven't figured out how to copy a dvd. My niece & I spent the good part of a day trying to figure it out, to no avail. We did figure out the cd read/write. Need a media player for that. We both like the fact it has multiple usb a & usb c drives & a SD slot. The ejection door kept getting stuck on mine but my niece didn't have any problems with hers. Wish computer companies went back to putting these drives back in them.

Great little device. I use it with my Lap Top PC that does not have an internal cd drive.
