After my first round of using these, I don't know if I will be able to go without them. I could feel the compression flushing out the soreness in my legs with each progression. It feels like a tight hug/weighted blanket is being wrapped around your legs and released over and over again, allowing for fresh blood circulation. I really enjoyed the ability to adjust the overall fullness of the set, allowing for others in my household to try them. Slight noise that comes while filling and releasing, but a lot quieter than I anticipated!!
