Microwave Malfunctions after 3 years
Purchased in 2021, the microwave suddenly stops working. After ONLY 3 YEARS, the microwave stopped working. Called appliance repair and they charged $900 to fix it. $900! To fix an appliance the JUST went out of warranty. Stay away from this product it is an absolute money pit.

Unreliable, poor service
I bought this unit less than one year ago to replace my existing 10-year-old broken build in wall ovens of the similar kind. I chose this because it is the exact size. I only used the rotisserie function twice and it is no longer functioning. I contacted Thermador 5 times to arrange repair service without success. Each time the average holding time is 45 min. Very frustrated!
