Q: I have a very old house of about 2000 square feet. Will this router cover my home?
A: Any router could have issues with lathe and plaster walls, this router can do the square footage, but you’ll just have to try it. The thicker the lathe and plaster, the more difficult and location will also play a role.
Q: Will this router cover my 3500 square foot house?
A: To ensure the best possible WiF isignal, it is important to make sure placement is as optimal as possible. Reducing obstructions and placing the router in a central location will help ensure your signal reaches the areas you need. In some cases, if relocating is not possible, or if your environment/home requires it, using a mesh WiFi solution such as our Deco Mesh series may be a suitable solution. Regards, TP-Link Support
