Get the whole picture automatically with this Uniden dash cam. A G-sensor triggers video recording after hard braking or a collision to save a record of the situation, and the 720-degree dual-lens technology captures video in all directions for replay via the virtual reality app. This Uniden dash cam has parking mode for stationary monitoring.
A: 720 degrees, x and y axis. Its like google map, The problem is when you use 360, the video become pixalated, become blur. The concept is good but the video is garbage.
A: In loop mode, the camera continuously records one minute clips and when the memory card is full the oldest clips are overwritten. What happens if a collision is detected, is that the most recent clip is stored in a different place on the memory card that doesn’t get overwritten. I find that my event folder often contains clips that got triggered by nothing more than hitting a bump on the road.
A: undefined
Q: Can I run it upside down? That is the way it must run to work with my motorcycle.
A: I am using it with a motorcycle mounted on RAM gps/cam holder and fount it ain't no biggie at all. It streams into both frontal and rear directions simultaneously producing a solid (a lil bit oversaturated but still) sharp and clear picture of what's going on a road. If you can run it upside down, for this I believe the video conversion software is the answer.
A: I was told the battery is very small and to keep the camera power source on all the time. Call 1-800-297-1023, follow the prompts and you will talk to a Customer Rep.
A: Have not used the dash cam as yet, because needed some help in setting it up to my smart phone so I can scan the info. I now have to start using it and can eventually feel comfortable with using it..
Q: If my car is parked out side and someone passes by my car will it detect it and record it?
A: No, video recording is only triggered from breaking or a collision. It cannot be used as a security camera.
