A: yes, it does play videos if your lucky enough that it works properly. two pack one good one bad many headaches. constant error, failures and the other worked but you have to restart constantly which becomes a job instead of a item you can just sit and enjoy.

Problematic frames.
I purchased them as a gift and felt terrible about all the issues these frames gave me: constant loss of connection, error messages, and bug fixes that don't work. You have to reset and start over and reset and start over and reset" you get the point!" I purchased this because I have purchased many Vevor products and they never given me any issues until now.
