I purchased them as a gift and felt terrible about all the issues these frames gave me: constant loss of connection, error messages, and bug fixes that don't work. You have to reset and start over and reset and start over and reset" you get the point!" I purchased this because I have purchased many Vevor products and they never given me any issues until now.
