Azeroth paid a terrible price to end the apocalyptic march of the Legion's crusade, but even as the world's wounds are tended, it is the shattered trust between the Alliance and Horde that may prove the hardest to mend. In Battle for Azeroth, the fall of the Burning Legion sets off a series of disastrous incidents that reignite the conflict at the heart of the Warcraft saga. As a new age of warfare begins, Azeroth's heroes must set out on a journey to recruit new allies, race to claim the world's mightiest resources, and fight on several fronts to determine whether the Horde or Alliance will lead Azeroth into its uncertain future.

Q: Do you get the game key in advance so you can unlock the mounts and pet before you receive the box?
A: I don't believe you do, but Blizzard said in their post of it becoming available that if you preorder the digital deluxe, you will immediately get the rewards, and once the physical collector's edition becomes available, you can input the key for that onto your account, and they will give you credit for the digital pre purchase as Battle.net balance. Original post for reference: "If you’ve purchased a digital copy of Battle for Azeroth from our in-game shop or Blizzard shop, but want to upgrade to the Collector’s Edition, we will automatically credit you the cost of the digital copy in Blizzard Balance - as long as you enter the Collector’s Edition key before 11:59pm PST on December 31, 2018. When you enter the key from your Collector’s Edition, we will see the original transaction on your account and the credit will kick in. Remember, you will need to enter the Collector’s Edition key before the end of the year, as automatic Blizzard Balance credits will be turned off at 11:59pm PST on December 31, 2018. Please note, if you bought a standard edition then upgraded to a digital deluxe, you will be credited for the original copy only."
A: I just got back from my local BestBuy. My collector's edition pre-order was waiting on the counter at the in-store pickup location. It would not check out on with the point of sale restricting to street date of the 14th. This despite that all other retailers got the message about going live today in a little under 2 hours. Thankfully Gamestop still had a collector's edition that I was able to get. I cancelled my Best Buy one. For an online game as huge as WoW, longtime players will not want to wait the 16+ hours for Best Buy doors to open on the 14th.
A: You have to buy the digital version from blizzard's website to begin early and then when your physical copy arrives you type the game code into your blizzard account and get your money back in the form of blizzard credit which you can use to buy other games they make and game time or other digital services too ( pretty sure about this ) At least this way it doesn't feel as though you're paying twice, because you can use the credit for something else. From Blizzard's webpage ( https://news.blizzard.com/en-us/world-of-warcraft/21669947/battle-for-azeroth-collector-s-edition ) Standard Digital / Digital Deluxe > Collector’s Edition If you bought the Standard OR Digital Deluxe copy of Battle for Azeroth and pre-ordered the Collector’s Edition, your Blizzard Balance credit will be the price you paid for the original copy. Q: Why is the street date August 14th when the game goes Live in the US on August 13th at 3pm?
A: I think it is because the release dates differ by region.
A: No. The game has a set release/launch date for the physical copy. There is no way to get it early.
Q: Do you ship this item to Brazil?
A: undefined
A: The collector’s edition of this game is generally a very limited release. It is highly unlikely that there will be more available later.
