Q: Hi I was wondering how many games this came with? Because someone said it comes with NFL madden 18 obviously. But then you get a second game of your choice? Is that correct?

A: Actually, with the current sale as of 11/15/17 you get the madden package with game AND another game of your choice up to $59.99 all for $249. I just bought it tonight for my son for Christmas and got the $59.99 NBA2k18 completely for free. It is actually a little better deal than most Black Friday sales.

Q: Whats the difference between 500 Gbs and the the 1TB

A: The difference is the size of the hard drive which varies from 500 gb and 1 TB (bigger).

Q: Do I need a 4K Ultra TV to use this xbox?

A: No you do not

Q: Will xbox 360 controllers work with this?

A: Unfortunately no but a controller does come with the purchase of the xbox one S

Q: Is any sort of paid subscription account like live gold actually needed to activate madden or should I be able to activate free somehow?

A: Definitely not! You do need an Xbox Live account to be able to activate the digital game, but you won't need an Xbox Live Gold membership in order to redeem the code or play offline.

Q: We purchased the XBox One Madden Bundle. The code to download the Madden software was not in the box. Neither the store nor Best Buy customer service is able or willing to help. This is not acceptable.

A: The game, a tangible copy, comes in the box.

Q: I see this comes with one controller. Do I need to purchase a charger for the controller? Or do they take standard batteries?

A: The controllers use 2 AA batteries. They also come with them. BUY A CHARGING STATION!. would recommend buying the PowerA - Dual Controller Charging Station for Xbox One. Don't go cheap and buy the Insignia one. With Insignia you have to align the USB ports it is a pain.

Q: I recieved this deal through best buy online and it was suppossed to have 2 games. I cant find the 2nd free game code or sheet to download rocket league. I went to download it and it says it will cost money? How do i redeem the game?

A: When it comes to these types of systems bundles they are created as an after thought or in order to move inventory. For the most part these codes are found on the store receipts and on email they send you. I notice that most of the best buy staff are not inform of this and they do not tell the customers to look on their receipts for the DLC of the games.
