A: I'm returning mine because AMD haven't worked out all the driver issues so the card don't perform like it should but, It should be compatible with any rig.
A: Unless your motherboard doesn't have a PCI-E lane on it, this GPU will fit and should work for you just fine, if you are willing to put up with the setup issues that have plagued me and other purchasers of this card.
A: Yes it is normal an is part of the software to dimm it as less is used if you would like it to not drop you can set lower clock limits in the AMD Radeon software or on msi afterburner

Q: Will more fans help cool it down??
A: Mine doesn’t even run hot but yes I have good airflow over the card. If I’m not doing anything terribly graphics intensive the GPU fan is not even running. Make sure you have the latest graphics card drivers installed.
