Easy to use. 4 guards but wish it had the over the ear tool. Apron sucks to be honest. But scissors are sharp. Cordless would be better but we were able to use an extension cord and cut hair outside. I cut my own hair in college so I knew the mechanics of using the guards. However, my hair is a lot thinner now and my hairline is a lot higher. But the clippers do the job. Also, I have a cool corona beard. My old clippers had the built-in adjustable guard so it was strange that this one had two settings. But again, my hair is a lot thinner so it doesn't matter.

The other items included in the kit are not so good—in particular the giant wrap around bib thing you wear to keep hair off your clothes is basically a cheap garbage bag and not survive on use. Too bad the kit didn’t include a hard case.

- A:Answer The Conair website says there are 4 guide combs: 1/8 inch, 1/4 inch, 3/8 inch, 1/2 inch. So combs 1-4
