Looks nice but meh on performance

Owned for 1.5 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this as part of a kitchen remodel and only chose this model because it was same design as my Cafe fridge and range. It works ok, not as good as my previous Whirlpool. It uses a ton of rinse agent and things are mostly clean. I've had to get creative when loading since it's not as flexible as others. I don't hate it - love the exterior design - but not thrilled w/ functionality.

The third rack I really don't care for as some of the items don't get very clean because it is laying on its side so it gets water spots, but everything else is good so far.
