My fiance' had wrist problems, so I got her one of these mice. It has relieved her pain and made it easier for her to use her computer at work.

This mouse is amazing. I had one several years ago at my job. I went searching for it to use at home. It is terribly hard to find, which is sad because it is a GREAT mouse to use, especially if you already have some wrist pain or are trying to avoid ever getting it. The one I ordered (not from Best Buy) took 3 months as they were backordered and coming from Australia. BUT it was worth it. I got the wireless model which is great to keep clutter off the desk. You hold it like a joystick, but the "stick" does not pivot. You move the whole base. The button at the top of the stick you use your thumb to do left and right clicks. At the front of the stick you use your other fingers to click the "scroll" button which is great for scrolling through websites. I hope they don't stop making this!
