I was thankful I had it for refrigerator, stove, washer, dryer, phone, camera. Made in America and outside America, the quality sucks-no pride in products, making extended warranty a must on any major purchase.

Very useful and paid for itself.

Never know when you might need it

We bought ahead 4 years figuring that would be the approximate operational life of the appliance, which would be expensive to replace if it died early. A good investment.

Worth it

I probably make use out of 75% of them so They generally pay off and are so simple to use. You bring device to store, tell them what’s wrong and then they check if there’s a replacement. If there isn’t, you get the full price paid back.

Geek squad hooked up my TV and sound system.

I love my music and really happy it was hooked up and sounds great,

Q: QuestionDo you install the initial product when it's delivered? Do I need a hose at the back as this is sitting over a sump pump pit for drainage in the basement? Can you bring a hose for installation and I reimburse? Please clarify. Thanks

- A:Answer A lot of the success of the unit will depend on the layout of the space where it is placed. We have our 70 pint unit in the basement which has several connected rooms and has a total of about 1300 square feet, and it does a great job for that space.
