Best new Tv for 2025. I’m glad I waited from the last year model. This operating system is so much smoother. Picture is clear and sound is great!

When we first walked into Best Buy we were approached by the lovely Nora. We were unsure which specific model of Samsung we wanted but she went through all of the specifics and showed us the smaller version of what we wanted to get an idea. She helped us finalize our decision and was super knowledgeable and sweet. We just had our TV delivered this morning because it would not fit in our vehicle, by the very strong Samuel. Easy peasy! Thank you all, we are stoked!

Pitiful customer service and follow-up by Best Buy representatives. I can’t express how disappointed I was with a company which we had truly trusted with all our appliance and technology purchases prior. I can truly say we will not be purchasing from Best Buy in the future because they have become a poor excuse as far as customer service is concerned.
