Comes in pieces.
Before I start, FYI, this charger comes in pieces, the wall plug and the charger are not connected, you will have to run them through the bottom and plug them in. It isn't difficult but the cable is thick so you will be fighting with it to plug it in. I returned it due to this. not sure how it works as a charger.

I love mine
It charges my Blazer EV overnight in about 9 hrs. I can also set to charge after 11 PM when the electric rates are lower. The app is easy to work with. Also, as someone else said it does come in pieces and you have to make sure you follow the directions and know what you’re doing.
