Classic Billy Joel

Although this was filmed a number of years ago, the DVD pulls very good quality from the old source tapes. There are more recent Billy Joel DVDs with more modern recording techniques, but this DVD is a good representation of Billy Joel at a high point in his career.

A nice concert film of Billy Joel and his band while on tour in the USSR. Billy is quite energetic throughout and the band are enjoying themselves.

I've seen Billy Joel live a few times and I think this video captures his live performance energy. He has a great back up band.
