Q: Does this phone have call blocking, if so how many #ers??
A: Yes it does. I believe 250 is Maximum.
Q: How can you control the volume since spec states no volume control?
A: There is a volume button in the center of the phone that controls both handset and speakerphone volume
A: There were about six different ringtones, as I recall, and some were musical rather than traditional phone rings.

Q: How do we set voice answering message? Need ASAP
A: Man - Using the cordless handset, press MENU, then scroll to >Answering sys. Press MENU, You will see >Announcement. Press MENU, and follow the prompts to record your greeting. You can also set other answering system features by pressing MENU, scroll to >Answering sys, scroll to >Ans sys setup, press MENU, scroll the desired feature, such as # of rings.
A: Hi - We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your VTech Telephone system. It is possible that the telephone's dial mode is set to pulse that is why you hear a clicking sound whenever you dial a number. If this is also the reason as to why you're unable to delete or access your voicemail, you may try changing the dial mode of the telephone by following the steps below. 1. Press MENU when the phone is not in use. 2. Press ▲ or ▼ to choose Settings, and then press SELECT. 3. Press ▲ or ▼ to choose Dial mode, and then press SELECT. 4. Press ▲ or ▼ to choose Touch-tone or Pulse. 5. Press SELECT to save your selection. Then the handset returns to the previous menu. You hear a confirmation tone.
A: You probably have already done this but double check that you have each handset in the right base. I had the same problem and when I switch them it worked. If that isn’t the problem you might just have a bad battery..

Awesome set
Awesome set I brought these phones They are awesome good quality excellent price and the fact that l have one handset in the kitchen and the other one in my bedroom, has answering machine and other features can’t bet it!

If RED must be your favorite color...
If RED must be your favorite color then you need not look any further because this 2 handset cordless phone system w/answering machine has every possible feature built in and they sound great along with long battery life too. Highly recommend this VTech to anyone who is looking!

Be bold Add Spice to your decor.
Red! So many ugly (gray,silver & black) choices available for Cord less phones. When I found this set in Red. Headed to Best Buy. Had to touch& see it with my own eyes. I purchased Two sets. (4 headset in total) Works just fine.
