Q: Does this work with iPhone 11?

A: Yes but it is not a fast charger.

Q: I live in Phoenix we need all the AC we can get does it block air from vent

A: Yes. It will partly block the vent you connect it too. But you can play around with it some. I had to position mine so the the air did not blow too much on the passenger, per their request. It is great for hands-free phone use.

Q: I just had to exchange a GRIP all-in-1 wireless charging mount from Verizon today. I’ve only had that for 1 week and had to exchange it for the same product due to defective. Will this wireless charging mount be better than grip or create more problem

A: It grips really well on the Vent Vane, and holds the phone firmly in place. I recommend this phone charger/holder

Q: Does it come with a dashboard suction mount?

A: No

Q: Can this charge the Apple smart case with the iPhone in it?

A: My case is thin plastic-like with flower pattern and works fine. If you have s heavy- duty case I don’t think it will work

Q: Does the clips that attaches to the vent turn up and down for the vents that vertical?

Q: What is the required ball size to mount this device. The ball size on the mount I have that really needs to be used in my vehicle is 17 mm. Will that work for this device.

A: It is the 17mm ball. The mount in your vehicle needs to be the ball side and the charger accepts the ball.

Q: Has anyone been able to use this on a phone with an Otterbox Defender case? (iPhone 11)

A: This product actually works with most Otterbox cases. We recommend giving it a try!
