A: Possible helpful tip (instead of texting) if you're driving and you have Echos in your home, you can "broadcast" to your other devices. For me, we have an Echo in the kitchen (and there's ALWAYS someone in the kitchen), so if I'm in the car and driving home - but running late - I'll say: ME: Alexa, broadcast ALEXA: What would you like to broadcast? ME: I'm running behind, but I'll be home in 20 minutes. ALEXA: Okay, broadcasting.... Very helpful. Just an idea for you....

Q: My Roav VIVA keeps trying to answer calls on my cell phone even when I'm not in the car. Anytime I get a call, my phone displays "Roav VIVA keeps stopping" with choices below to 1. click on the app. 2. click stop the app, or 3. click feedback.

Q: Can it stay plugged in overnight ?

A: Yes. I left mine plugged in all the time. I just got a new car with built in alexa so I don't use it any more though.

Q: How does Roav access Alexa … how do I invoke Alexa ? Call Alexa - nothing happens … I even pressed middle button and also installed ROAV VIVA app on my iPhone

A: you need to make sure that you have it sync'd with your phone, if you haven't downloaded the app and set it up, then it won't connect. it has to have some where to connect to and use as a signal. it is simple a blue tooth interface to your phone and then to your car radio via BT, Aux or FM. good luck

Q: Is there an App I need to download , ??? For Alexa to work ????

A: It had me download Roav VIVA app from Play Store. I already had Alexa app on my phone. Works fairly well. Still trying new things with mine.

Q: How do I get Alexa to work ? Can Alexa access and work with my car radio or any other parts / devices on/in my car ?

A: You need “echo auto” The regular Alexa (or echo dot) is not meant to be used in your car. Step one is purchase echo auto . Step two is open up the Alexa app on your phone . Step three is click add devices and it will find the echo auto and then add that . Final step is use your Bluetooth on your radio in your car to attach it and you’ll hear it . Simple.
