Q: Is this 2k or 4 k resolution?
A: Neither. Just 1920 X 1020p standard HD but at 144hz.
A: It is basically matt black with a narrow reddish (1/4 in) strip across the bottom. It has an optional reddish cable band on the neck of the stand.
Q: How many hz does this computer have
A: 144hz if you use a displayport 1.2 cable or a dual link dvi cable.
Q: Does this monitor have freesync or is it the model that doesn't have it?
A: This monitor G2460PQU does not have freesync.
A: The included dual link dvi cable should work. Try a good certified displayport 1.2 cable. I don't believe the hdmi cable can do 144hz , it probably is well short of 144hz.
