Q: Is this an upgrade of the iPhone 7
A: Yes, absolutely. Same design with highly upgraded internals, camera, wireless charging, better battery with fast charge capability. Will last for many years with A13 chip. Great value.
A: It's my understanding that the $349 price is only applicable if you're a new customer or you're adding a line. You'd have to pay the upgrade price in your example.
A: Very much so. Upgraded two phones and received excellent service at Combined store. New SIM card says Says T-Mobile on new phones. Old phone says Sprint. Service on all three phones show no change between them service wise. Actually noticed connectivity improved before the phone upgrade.
