A: I successfully transferred data from 2 different iPhone 7's to 2 new SE phone"s. One had the iOS updated to 13.3.1 so I was able to transfer the data by having new SE phone sit next to the iPhone 7. The other iPhone 7 had to backup data to iCloud before setting up the new iPhone SE. Either way, all data transferred to the new phone without a problem.
