A: Yes it is brand new in double factory sealed box from Apple and is unlocked for any carrier via eSim. Just call or chat with carrier and they activate it. It is fully unlocked and after setup under carrier lock says: eSim No Carrier Restrictions. Great phone.

Pictures Perfect for Puppies
The iPhone 16e works great! I know that there was some hesitation about the camera quality, but I have no complaints at all. I think the 16e is a nice option for people who don't want to sacrifice quality, but also pay a bit less than the more expensive options for iPhones.
