Q: QuestionAre they charging $400 more for the ability to adjust the hight of the monitor?(3 answers)
A: AnswerYes, and the stand looks slightly different as a result (i.e. taller, straight back, counter-balance hinge mechanism, etc.)Answered by Anonymous

Q: Questionwhen do these come out again the height and tilt(2 answers)
A: AnswerI bought the tilt and height, but I returned it. After that, I purchased two Vesa models, plus a Vesa Mount, at Amazon. Now it is perfect. The Apple tilt and height isn't deserved 400.00 more for that simple support that not even rotate.Answered by Luiz

Solid build improvement over LG ULTRA FINE DISPLAY
Product is consistent with the reviews seen online. Nice plug and play improvement over LG 5K Ultra Fine. Best in class build quality and packaging, camera is just OK, clear vibrant screen.

Screen is awesome but the build quality OK
I bought this to replace my LG 27” 5K Mac monitor as the LG started to make some annoying squeaking sounds and would wobble back and fourth if the desk moved. My 27” iMac on the same desk did not do that. I thought this would be the monitor to go with and I was wrong. The display is stunning. Bright, accurate, and matched the iMac display. With the Studio Display next to the iMac I noticed that the monitor looked a little off. It was sitting a little lower on the left side. I checked to see if it could rotate a little like the LG but it could not. I then brought out the level and the iMac was perfectly flat while the Studio monitor was showing that the left was a little lower. I searched the web and saw that back in 2022 users were seeing this too. Surprised that they have not fixed it. I returned this the same day and will be buying the VESA mount so that I can have height adjustment along with rotation to fix any level issues.

It may be pricey, but it's worth it, and then some
I initially struggled to justify the cost of purchasing the Mac Studio Display, but as someone who works from home and spends hours staring at a screen every day, I have to say that it's been worth every penny. I've tried other monitors, including ultra-wide ones, but none of them have been as enjoyable to use as this one. I did extensive research for several months before finally deciding to buy it, and I have no regrets whatsoever. In fact, I was so happy with it that I even purchased a second one. I prefer this dual setup over any other arrangement, as they're not only functional and productive, but also add a touch of style to my home office. Most importantly, I can work for hours on end without straining my eyes, which is priceless to me.
