Q: How can you speak through this thing?
A: I had the same problem when I first got them out the box and plugged them in... I was able to hear but not speak... unplug it from the controller and the headset... the re plug everything again. Make sure everything is pushed in all the way!

A: You can either plug it into the system or the controller. Depending on your comfort because of the cord. I hope this makes sense.
Q: Will Astro A10 work with PS4 pro
A: Yes, these just plug into your controller.
A: Same thing happened to me I just didn’t have the cord all the way in the headset. If that doesn’t work just send it to Astro it still is under warranty.
Q: How good is the mic quality
A: The mic quality is good, however to hear teammates lower the game music and you'll hear teammates better
