So, the laptop is decent, tech is there it's a good size. However, all you need to do is have to RMA any product from Asus and you'll understand that they have become too big to handle their customer base in any meaningful way.
First, it's mandatory repair. They don't have parts to replace anything, so expect a used model, probably broken as well, being sent back to you. Oh, and you'll be paying for the shipping, as well, nevermind how much money you spent on this thing. Instead of taking care of customers, they are saving every penny they can, not realizing you invest in the things that fill your bank instead of trying to squeeze what's already in there.
Second, technical support is laughable, they have script readers who know nothing about computers, and speak very poor to little language other than their native tongue, which if you don't speak that, good luck trying to get them to repeat everything while they ask you all the questions you just answered.
If you raise any concerns, expect them to ignore you. They will run the process of replacement following their policies, but that's it, minimum effort. You aren't a human, you're a ticket waiting to get closed, and you already spent your money so there's no point in putting effort into your issue.
I for one, will not be buying from them again, after a lifetime of purchasing and recommending their products. Worst customer service experience ever.
