Q: Can you add memory to this labtop?
A: Yes, the laptop comes with one 8GB DDR5 4800 SODIMM. there is an empty slot to add another one, or you can replace the existing RAM with two 16GB sticks for up to 32GB. I have attached a photo of the RAM slots.
A: Yes this model does have support for PCIE Gen4x4 in the 1st slot & Gen3x4 in the 2nd slot.
A: This laptop top does not overheat at all. Also, you can control the cpu and gpu power limits if it did, but it does not overheat. It can run any current game except Valhalla in extreme settings. It can run it at medium settings fine. I have three of the top toughest games to run in 2022 and it runs them all well around 60 fps at high settings
