Q: Is this cable IF certified?
A: Hi. The Thunderbolt 3 cable (Model: F2CD082ds0.5MBK) is not a USB cable. While similar to USB-C and using the same connector, Thunderbolt 3 has different standards and higher data transfer rates than USB-C.
Q: Does it work on the MacBook Pro
A: Yes, it does work with a MacBook pro. I currently use it almost everyday with my Late 2019 16" MacBook Pro and I haven't had any issues.
