A: There is a setting with a timer for the plate warmer. Mine is set at 2 hours and you can adjust it in 15 min slots. Could just be you need to change the timer.
A: Set it and forget it. I have mine set for 6:20 every morning. Just tap the "auto" button before going to bed and you're good to go.
