Customers express satisfaction with the Single Serve Coffee Maker for its affordability, user-friendly design, and ability to brew different cup sizes. Many users appreciate the convenience of the water reservoir, while some find the noise level to be a minor inconvenience.
Appreciating what a good cup of coffee was like (at home) was a long time in coming. I used to brew a whole 12 cup pot and re-heat a couple of cups each day, saving some cash as I did not want to toss what had already been brewed, but always missing that fresh brewed taste and aroma. But recently I had a positive experience with one of those K cup machines at a friends house and was impressed except for the cost per cup. Then I found this machine with the ability to brew ANY ground coffee with the included, dedicated grounds basket on Best Buy at an incredible price and had to try it. This machine truly is the best of all worlds. You can brew any K cup with its dedicated holder or use the permanent filter basket, no additional refillable, messy filter cups necessary, (which I have tried). This machine brews FAST, HOT, holds 40 oz of water, is simple to use and clean (just rinse the basket) and makes GREAT tasting coffee! CHEERS!

I purchased this for work to share with the team. We had a single cup machine AND a traditional basic ground coffee maker. This consolidated both! I purchased this during a Deal of the Day sale, and I'm glad I did. I would be far less impressed with this unit for it's full asking price of $79.99. Considering I got it for $29.99 I cannot complain a whole lot. WAIT for it to go on sale! However... Good - the price and functionality. Having the option to make a coffee "capsule" as the machine indicates or ground coffee is nice for options. The 40 oz water tank is great to have on board as well. No more pouring water into the previous machine for every cup and having it leak out the bottom often. Very simple to operate. The not so good - My biggest complaint with this unit, is not the noisy motor (although that is a concern) but the amount of liquid it splashes everywhere. I'm also curious why they went from 6 oz to 10 oz to 15 oz.? I'm surprised it wasn't 8, 12 or 16? Not a deal breaker mind you, just boggles my mind. If the tray had more adjustment - one closer still for an actual mug the splashing would almost likely be a non issue. Considering this is being used in an office of multiple people and a shared kitchen space, minimal to no splashing saves others the after clean up that is bound to happen. Our work around is to find and dedicate a tall travel mug that fits to the machine for brewing use - or request folks to be aware of the splashing and do a quick clean up after a brew. All in all for the sale price - we will keep it and make do. It is better then the puddles from the previous model and the lost counter space to having two units.

Everyone in my family is happy with the machine. It is easy to operate and the coffee it makes is very good. Moreover, the price was right. We believe it is a very good machine.
