Poorly Constructed or defective unit

Bought this and packed my daughters lunch and it made a mess the first time we tried to use. So she didn’t eat the 1st day of school. It has silicone ridges to keep food separated but that didn’t work out. Yogurt was all over her chicken. (Trying to post a picture of the nasty mess but it keeps saying upload failed!)
